Nathan “Ed” Kaiser is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) based in Omaha, Nebraska, with over 11 years of clinical experience and more than six years specializing in addiction medicine.

Ed brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassion to his work. He has spent the past several years focusing on alcohol use disorder and substance use treatment, guiding individuals toward lasting behavior change through evidence-based strategies like the Sinclair Method.

His training and certifications equip him to support you through a flexible, patient-centered process—from gradual moderation to complete abstinence—based entirely in your home via telehealth.
